To confirm your booking and lock in raw materials (clay, bamboo, straw, paint), a 30% to 50% partial advance deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is paid upon final inspection during pickup or delivery dispatch.

Absolutely. For mega 20 ft to 25 ft Ram Navami, Durga Puja, or Ganesh Puja statues that cannot be transported via roads, our master artisans travel directly to your mela ground or pandal venue 2–3 weeks in advance to build the idol on-site from bamboo frame to final eye painting.
